What makes a successful cartoon or comic book character? How do you make the biggest visual impact on your audience when making a comic? Learn about character design and storyboarding techniques used in comics, illustration and animation! Students will learn to use materials that are used in the industry such as col-erase pencils, nib pens, and inks. For beginners and those with some drawing experience.

A weekend Intensive workshop for beginners and those with some experience on the pottery wheel. In this two day weekend workshop, students will use the pottery wheel to make cups, bowls, mugs, etc. Hand building may be taught if requested.

Kids will create fun projects while learning about colour, and techniques used by famous artists throughout history. This program will be in both indoor studio settings and outdoor locations.
