We are pleased to partner with CARFAC Sask to present “Photographing Your Artwork” with Gabriela García-Luna on Saturday November 22, 2025, 1pm, hosted in-person at the AGSC.

In this hands-on workshop participants will learn the principles to effectively document their artwork for portfolios, exhibitions, and online platforms. This workshop will guide participants through examples of documented artwork and demonstrate the key principles to produce good quality images. Topics and demonstrations include the setting up space and equipment, lighting, the use of a camera (or smartphone), and tips for producing high-quality images that accurately represent your work.

GABRIELA GARCÍA-LUNA is a multimedia artist born in Mexico and living in Treaty Six Territory. Her practice, based on photography, merges analogue and digital mediums through drawing, printmaking, video, and installation.
