The Strongest Sense

Always an eager candidate on the fragrance test panel, Tilley Windler, was tasked with mapping out the subtle nuances of each note to see what, if any, childhood trauma was resuscitated upon an initial sniff. 

The first eau de toilette initially evoked the aroma of wildflowers, but a prolonged inhale quickly resulted in a mental detour to afternoons lying on Aunt Gerdy’s musty carpet watching mind numbing auto mechanic programs praying that the floral wallpaper would open its verdant mouth and swallow her whole.
